An Encoder error occurred while recording

I have received the encoder error whilst trying to simply record a current screen (not streaming). Previous responses to this question suggest updating the video driver, and I have updated the system using the Dell Update tools. Below is a link to the log file. Help to resolve this would be appreciated.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. I have followed the instructions, and there is an assumption that Intel always have NVIDIA GPUs. My Dell doesn't. I have otherwise configured OBS (in Graphics settings) to be high performance; stoped and re-started OBS, and there is no change; i.e. it still throwing the same error!
