An encoder error occurred while recording

Hi. I've been unable to record anything because it keeps showing 'an encoder error occurred while recording' I figured it has something to do with my gpu and NVENC, but i can't figure out exactly what it is. Here's the log file.

But my Geforce screen recorder is working fine and my games are working fine. My drivers are be up to date and all my games are working great. If it was a gpu crash issue, wouldn't it affect everything?
