An encoder error occured while recording

Hi,

I've been using OBS Studio for a little while on an older laptop and now just re-installed the program on my new laptop. I wanted to record voice and screen but nothing goes, I get the "An encoder error occured while recording"

I've attached my log.

Could anyone tell me what's going on?
