I usually use The H264 AMF encoder with VBRLAT with no issues, but when I switch to H265 and change nothing else, the video looks like it's rebuilding the picture every second. Doesn't happen with VBR, using that seems OK on the recording, but as of writing this post and trying to upload the video to show the difference, it's taken 10 times as long to process the VBR vs the VBRLAT video, even though it's half the size.
