Question / Help amd vce twitch

can anyone bring me the best settings for amd vce to stream on twitch?
fps games almost.
i have r9 380x and 50mb upload speed.

i always get settings too high load error?! only when using amd vce (default settings) or black screen

no problem with x264 but my cpu isnt that good. (4690k @ 4.6)

with 4690k you will be better with QSV, it works pretty well, look at my sig

it isnt downgrade my cpu-s performance? what bitrate is ok for quicksync at twitcH?

QSV has very low cpu impact, it will do very well on twitch assuming you will get settings right. especially desktop refresh rate=ingame fps setting=you monitor max refresh and vsync enabled.
enable high performance mode in windows power management, install latest stable driver and praise the sun

what is the right settings? or where can i find it
example in CSGO you cant fix your fps to your HZ because of bad gameplay
