Question / Help AMD Settings HELP

I bought a gaming PC not so long ago because I felt like i needed a step up from the old laptop. I went with a more basic choice. I have little to no experience when it comes to building computers so naturally I bought one previously built. It runs games amazingly and it does the job a hundred times over. My problems begin when I stop recording. Naturally the settings are set to 1080p 30fps but the video doesn't seem it. I'd really like to record in 1080p60fps but every time I try my video turns out choppy and laggy even though I didn't drop a single frame! Why is that? Can My pc just not handle it? Please help me figure this out! As an aspiring entertainer I need quality on my side! Here are some of the specs my PC has. Please help me get to the bottom of this! I need to step up my quality. The encoder is AMD so are there supposed to be special settings I need to be using or something? Because truly I've copied every setting known to YouTube kind and not a single one seem to even slightly improve the quality of the video. Please! Somebody help.

  • AMD Radeon R7 250 Graphics with 2GB of dedicated graphics memory

  1. Under Advanced Settings, change 'Full' back to 'Partial'
  2. In the AMF Encoder settings increase QP to at least 18, I recommend 21 or 23.
  3. In the AMF Encoder settings increase the Keyframe Interval to 5 seconds.
  4. In the AMF Encoder settings set the Quality Preset to Speed
  5. As you aren't downscaling, you can turn the scaling back to Bilinear.
