AMD RX 580 Problems

Alright, hey everyone, looking for some help! So I bought an RX 580 to replace my GTX 970 as it broke and have been having an issue.... Recording and streaming is absolutely fine, except for one thing. I can't record or stream in 1080p 60fps, I can at 1080p 30fps but as soon as I got to 60fps the video lags like crazy. Before anyone asks I can stream at 720p and 900p at 60fps perfectly fine, this issue only affects 1080p 60... any ideas? Thank you ^^

Please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording at 1080p 60fps of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

You're using Streamlabs. You must get support from them.
Here you can find support for OBS Studio.

You've posted a log of an app not supported in here. Non of those other apps are supported in here. Each one of them have their own support.
And no, not the same as OBS Studio

I have just done a recording test in OBS Studio with the exact same results..... here is the Log File
You're using SE.live plugin. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by this plugin. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.

In the log file you can still see SE.live.

This fixed my issue! Same GPU.

I was using a version between 29.1.1 and 22.02 as I got my current computer about 2 years ago. (April 2021) and had no issues, but updating to 29.1.1 made so that the gpu was constantly overloaded.
