Question / Help AMD Radeon Encoder Plugin, Still wont work??

Hi all,

I have a HP Z-Book i7 laptop with an AMD Firepro W4190M GPU, when using OBS for recording it wont let me select the AMD as an encoder, i tried installing the suggested plugin but it still doesn't work, is there anything else i could try?
