Hello everyone.
Recently I began to shine my face on camera and broadcast the games via Twitch.
How I can improve my stream quality for about $ 150. The trouble is the inability to maintain my computer heavy game (The Witcher, GTA, etc.) and Stream broadcast at the same time.
So i am usually stream DOTA 2 or CS: GO.
My pathetic PC configuration)
QuadCore AMD FX-4350
Asus M5A97 Evo R2.0
2 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR3 DIMM 8092 MB (DDR3-1600 DDR3 SDRAM)
Radeon R9 270x MSI 2gb
Samsung SyncMaster S23B370 [23 "LCD]
Please do not advise Intel processors, as this is much more expensive than the available money. And what I think about the capture card Overmedia. Can it help me?

capture cards are useless with single PC setups so don't waist your $ on it. the only CPU you can upgrade to an an 8300 series. I would advise 8370 with Wraith cooler which is about $20 more than the 8370. if you have to stay in that budget an 8320E should work but might need some light overclocking. your mobo says is supports up to 140W CPU. the 8370 is 125W.

thanks a lot, I will take used, so the market is 8350 or 8320 what is better to take? I note that I am going to overclock the CPU anyway for a little bit, because my motherboard 990x and power supply block AeroCool VP-650 allows me to do it . My system unit is open-type, no sides, rear 140mm cooler. And even if i overclock to what frequency is better to try with my configuration? and a voltage to hold?

as high as you are stable. 8320 is the same with 8350 for the most part so if you can go cheaper that would be best.

for someone not overclocking the 8370 is nice as well as the wraith cooler is as well, but since you seem to understand overclocking, the 8320 would be best.
