Question / Help AMD Graphics Card Wont Encode!

I go into my obs and select Hardware(AMD) for my Encoder then select apply, but when i go to click record it just stops responding and crashes

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8150 Eight-Core Processor
RAM: 16gb

I restarted the computer and updated my drivers and it crashed i tried it again and it worked but then crashed after 15 minutes.

And the AMD settings menu I have does not let me add OBS in the system.
