I own a notebook with AMD Radeon 530 and I can not capture my screen. What do I do to solve it?
I also installed the AMF available here in the forum and I can not find the encoder ... Does my board do not support this plugin?

You'll want to look at the Laptop Performance Issues guide, specifically the section on AMD. About your second question, I don't think the Radeon 530 has support for the AMD AMF encoder, at least I couldn't find it in the hardware list.
