Question / Help (AMD) GPU driver crashes at random while streaming/recording

Over the past several months, whenever I try to either stream to Twitch or record locally, OBS will, at any random point in time, cause my video driver to crash, locking up my whole system. This results in OBS and my game to bug out, with the game no longer showing an image at all, and with OBS stopping the stream/recording, and being unable to start another one until I force close it in Task Manager, or at times until I reboot my system entirely.

Taking a look at event viewer gives me Event ID #4101, simply stating "Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered." Updating to the latest driver, as well as doing clean reinstalls don't seem to help.

When it happens is inconsistent. Yesterday I was able to stream for three hours before it happened, but today I couldn't go more than ten minutes. However, the attempts I made today both took less than five minutes to crash.

I tried this twice today, once using AMD's GPU encoder, and once using x264, just to make sure it wasn't an encoding issue. Both gave me the same result, with different errors:

Updated to the latest version of Windows 10, 64-bit, v1903, latest GPU Drivers, and OBS.

That's about as much as I can think of that's relevant, if there's any more info needed I'll be more than happy to provide it. I'm still unsure if this is an issue with OBS or this is just my system, I apologize in advance if it's the latter. I'm just out of ideas.
