I'm looking into getting a PC strictly to do Elgato Game Capturing, video editing, streaming, and Photoshop. Basically to do YouTube and Twitch via OBS.
I WILL NOT be using this build to play any games since I would be recording and streaming PS4/XBONE hardware into an Elgato Game Capture HD (maybe some emulators for Genesis, SNES, and NES) so I don't need and i5 or an i 7. Would the AMD FX-8350 with the AMD Radeon R9 380 be suitable for my needs? I am on a tight budget and like I said, won't be PC gaming. Any info would be highly appreciated.
