Question / Help AMD FX 8150 // Streaming issues

Hi

I have problems with my stream because its very pixaleted and i dont know why i think my obs settings are fine and i have 10mb upload speed so...

I also have problem while streaming when i play like 5minutes normally i get lag spike for like 10 sec from 60fps to 4 after that it go to normal and back same this happens i dont know why (it happens randomly)

So the same thing you said is happening to me.

I have FX 8320 OC-ED. After lowering my OC it goes normal with no lagg spikes.

So if you have OC then lower it. IF not then check your CPU temperture. IT happend arround 70 - 80 C .

IDK what cause it is. ITs rather odd.

yeah i havent oc beacuse my motherboard i shieeet for oc i dont know man . i was streaming today for like 1h i had max 45c on cpu so its probably not temperature.

i have Asrock 970 Extreme3 it might be some feature causing it but i dont know what.
