Question / Help AMD FX-4100 as StreamingPC

I just wanted to know if a a FX-4100 is enougth for 720p on 30FPS or on 60FPS as Stream PC with a Capturecard.

For a streaming PC It should be able to handle 60fps on the preset veryfast just fine.
