AMD Encoding missing??

Hi, I have an old but still good PC. Running on AMD A8-7650K and I have an AMD RX-570. I want to know why I only get Software X264 for my Encoder settings. I want to use the graphics card for streaming and/or recording my NBA2K22 gameplay.

Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
