Bug Report AMD Encoder Issue 'error AMF_OPENCL_FAILED'

New Member
Went away on holiday for 4 weeks, came back and updated GPU drivers to 19.8.1, went to stream with exactly same settings prior to holiday and ended up with BSOD. Restart and now I have a constant error 'stating the output failed', if using Nvidia/AMD make sure drivers are up to date, which they are.

Actions taken so far:
Reinstall 19.8.1
Rollback to 19.7.5 (orginally worked 4 weeks ago)
Installed AMD encoder plugin
Changed profile levels to various levels as well as automatic
Windows is fully up to date

Nothing has resolved the situation, any help would be appreciated
 
I have exactly the same problems, jesus. 17.1.1 worked PERFECTLY.

Revision Number
Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.8.1 Optional

NOTHING works. For christ sake says i must UPDATE drivers to latest. HELLO WINDOWS, THIS IS LATEST.
 
I just reinstalled windows, bought and activated new one, and installed 19.8.1 and OFCOURSE it's not working.
What the actual hell is going on here?
I can't use those previous drivers due to some picture bug on my screen.
 
Only the latest recommended drivers have no issues in my system, version 19.5.2. After improving their driver stability dramatically in 2018, I don't know what's going on with AMD this year :/
