Question / Help AMD Encoder ignores settings and stream 400-1000Kbs instead of 35000

Again the same problem.
I always have it whet I updaye my OBS to last version.
I see pixelazed video on my streams and records when I do via AMD Encoder.
I've updated the Encoder to it's last version 2.1.6. Did not help.
Please advice
