how to fix amd encoder blurry stream ? I am streaming at 1080p60fps 6k bitrate. I dont know why its blurry ?

Try 20k bitrate :)
Videocard's hardware encoders need higher bitrate then x264

well i have 60mb upload speed...i think i cant 20k bitrate

60mb Upload would be equal to roughly 470k mbits which would convert into 470k Bitrate. So I assume you have 60mbits upload which would mean that 20k Bitrate uses 1/3 of your Upload. But I dont even know if youtube allows such high Bitrates, twitch for sure does not. If you want to stream with an Hardware Encoder and 60FPS then lower your output resolution to 720p.
