Bug Report AMD encoder always crashing OBS

Not too sure whats going on. It was working fine before and then all of a sudden it crashes every time I hit stream. Only happens with AMD encoder, the x264 works fine but takes a lot of frames out of my games.Crash Log

Update your radeon drivers.

I have already tried that. Downloaded the latest installer from AMDs website and still having the same issue.

You may also need to update your intel gpu drivers.

So i went to intels website to go install the updated drivers but it keeps saying my system doesnt meet the minimum requirements. I feel like im downloading the wrong drivers. I have a i5-8600k 9mb cache and 3.6ghz. I believe I have Intel Graphics UHD 630.
