Question / Help AMD E1-1500 (or AMD HD Graphics) Problem on OBS Studio

My old laptop works great on OBS Studio but my laptop broke so I got a new desktop. I tried using Auto-Configuration Wizard in order to find the best settings for me but the problem is that I have to get the lowest resolution. Is there any way I could actually make it 1280x720 and have the fastest FPS? BTW I tried using AMF (Advanced Media Framework) but it wouldn't work because I have the version 15.0 on my AMD Radeon(tm) HD Graphics and I couldn't update it to 17.0.

You got your answer. The E1-1500 is a bottom tier CPU, suited for basic office productivity tasks and not much else.

I suspect the only thing that will work for you is the deprecated AMD Media Foundation encoder, which is normally inaccessible. There is a trick to accessing it, where you can import or duplicate a profile that is currently set to the old encoder. I have an exported profile in this link, but there is no guarantee that it'll work on your computer. If it does miraculously work, you'll still need to change the recording output folder.

Even if this somehow works, you're still better off buying or building a computer with better hardware.

AMD E-series APUs are far too weak for use with OBS regardless of anything else you try to do.
