Question / Help AMD cpu and NVIDIA graphics card help

Specs:
NVIDIA GeForce GT 610
AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor
If I have a NVIDIA graphics card shouldn't I have the NVENC x264 option in encoding? I only have the x264 encoder.
Help?

Your card has not NVENC

Furthermore, that GPU in particular runs very poorly with OBS. You're probably going to be in for a bad time.

Yes but u need to put the base canvas 1920x1080 and the output 1096x616. If u record mc, this is ok
