Hi all I replied to an old thread asking this so please forgive the repeat I just dont want it to go unnoticed.
I basically came across a thread saying that APU's are no good for streaming on especially low end ones. But my reply was as follows:
It's been indicate that an AMD APU is bad for streaming but thats because the user is also gaming on the same machine.. (and also using a low end APU).
Could I possibly get some input on whether a TWO PC build setup for streaming and the second PC being a Asus Crossblade Ranger with the 7850k APU and 8GB RAM be good enough to purely encode and upload the stream? eg: I have a 6k gaming rig whilst I have a test bench of sorts with the crossblade and APU free for capturing and uploading... Would that be upto doing 1080p 60fps? Since its sole purpose will to be encode and upload no gaming required...
