Question / Help AMD advanced media framework encoder not working since Fall Creators Update (Vega64)

I'm using OBS 20.1.0 with a Vega 64 and have been using it to stream to Twitch, but since the Fall Creators update I receive 'Starting the output failed, check log for details'.

I've tried the AMD beta driver and recently moved to the 17.10.2 driver and even tried DDU since updating and installing the drivers and reinstalling OBS, but no luck.
I can't make anything useful of the log.

Is this a known issue? Google is showing results from earlier in the year that don't seem to be relevant.

found the soloution, seems like something to do with the AMD encoder needed updating with the new driver: https://github.com/Xaymar/obs-studio_amf-encoder-plugin/releases/tag/2.2.4

Apologies for pointless thread, i searched for days to fix this before opening!!!
