Question / Help Amarectv and OBS

I am trying to record melee on OBS. I am using Amarectv in order to deinterlace the image, In Amarectv, the picture is perfect with 60fps. However, once I go to record Amarectv using OBS it does not preview, record, or stream in 60fps. I am not sure what to do.

First note that you must be using the 32-bit version of OBS to use it with AmaRecTV Live.

I was able to get AmaRecTV working in conjunction with OBS by following some guides. I recommend the following guide (although slightly outdated version of OBS it seems):
