Question / Help Am I expecting too much from my PC?

I am trying to stream Overwatch on Twitch (I have the same problem with YouTube) but I get a lot of buffering. I don't have a cutting edge system by any stretch but I'm streaming 1280x720 @ 30fps and a bitrate of 2500 so I think I should be okay but it's not a good stream. Is there anything I can do, or is my only option to upgrade? I have attached a file, but let me know if you need more information.

You're overworking your computer a bit.

If you're willing to sacrifice a bit of picture quality you can go with the superfast or ultrafast x264 preset
