Ive tried Nvec/ a bunch of other diffrent settings and i have never gotten my quality to get to look anything near to what most people streaming that game have achieved.Am i missing more upload to get those types of results or are my settings just very messed up by this point.Ive tried following several starter guides/ other guides and its never really had any impact on the streams quality.

Thanks

Looks just fine to me. The is a "setting" in streaming that you cant adjust which usually makes streams worse looking and that is a placebo effect, "it's my stream so it looks worse", thats quite common. Your setup isnt bad and 2500 is around what most people use, partners obviously have more freedom because of the transcoding. But thats how you would expect 720p 30 (25) fps veryfast and 2500kbps to look.
