I started streaming about a month ago and ive been messing with settings alot trying to hit the sweet spot.

Im using a 1050ti 4GB OC an i7 4770k 16gb ram and i can stream at the moment up to 2mbps bitrate.im streaming on twitch PUBG which we all know is a hard game to stream/play at the same time.Im wondering if i have the right settings and if not give me some input.Id love to stream at 720p/60fps btw!My main issue i think is that the stream appears to be blurry abit etc.Id love to give the best quality with the gear i have right now and thats why im asking for help.Tell me what settings to use with my current hardware. Thanks in advance!

With 2mbps upload you will not get a good quality at all... for 720p@60fps you will need at least 3500kbps. Otherweise I would suggest you to stream in 30fps. I see no other chance there.

so as far as my settings go i should leave them be ?im waiting for better upload from my ISP so fingers crossed but for 720p/30fps my settings are good to go?

If your PC can handle the fast preset (Settings -> Output), then absolutly yes! If you encounter problems with ingame fps drops I would recommend to select a faster preset.

You have to play around the settings. In general you shouldn't use more than 80% of your upload for streaming, so there is enough room for the connection for the game.
If you can get 3500kbps to work you can play around with the x264 preset. Dont go over 1280x720 with 3500kbps. As long as you dont drop frames in obs or ingame, you can to set slower presets.
But the slower the preset the more your CPU is stressed, so you have to find a good way to play and stream and don't have a 100% CPU usage all the time.
