Before i start saying anything it is important to know that i am new to this, i dont know what all all the settings mean and i have watched around 20 YouTube videos to try and fix this.

No matter what i do i cant seem to get good quality!
I have watched alot of videos, testing hundreds of settings based on my pc specs, youtube videos and thread posts.
Nothing works.

As i said i am new to this so i might very well be making a really obvius mistake to you guys, that i cannot notice.
I linked some pictures of my settings, Twitch Inspector results, and a video of the stream quality.

Are there any settings i should change? Please a billion times let me know!

Advanced Tab: http://imgur.com/5XbcOEl
Twitch Inspector Results: http://imgur.com/Sy5fzWL
The stream quality: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PaeOv_WSzpc&t=6s

As you can see in the video when nothing is really happening it KINDA looks good, but as soon as i start driving around it starts pixelating and in general it is not very good quality.
If there is a way to get that sexy 1080p or at least closer to it, please let me know.

EDIT: Dont mind the attached file, that was just me messing up. It's the same picture as the imgur link.

I am not an expert I have to say it first, but it may help you.

At first, I would lower the bitrate. For full HD ~3.000 - 3.500 (rather 3500) is a good point to start. Your viewers need to download that amount of data, so when you just get startet, and I think you are not twitch-partnered already, lower it to reach more viewers.

For your blurryness problem, you may change the downscale filter to Lanczos, just for trying.

Edit: If your CPU can handle it, try to change the encoder back to default (x264) or something similar. With NVENC your nVidia graphics card does the encoding, it may be faster for your game experience, but it also effects the quality a bit.

Change the Keyframe Interval to 2, as it is recommended for (and from) Twitch.

For the "CPU Usage Preset" I heard only that it may makes a difference if you put it to fast or medium, but I dont know what it does exactly. It depends on how powerful your CPU is.

Thats the one from the video, but since then i have done as Lantecer said and switched to x264 and daaamn something is wrong...
https://www.twitch.tv/videos/167162131 Is the stream that happened with these settings: http://imgur.com/fzEu642
Here is the log from that stream: https://gist.github.com/2207af3f00fab9e1abec59c01416f2b3

It would be really nice of you if you could help me with the best settings that i could use, if i would like a 1080p60fps stream, and yes i know, 720p is reccomended and bla bla bla etc. etc.. but if possible i would like to push it to 1080p since i do have a good pc and good internet.
EDIT: Something is wrong with the second log i posted... for some reason if i go into all the log files i cannot find the one from the stream...

EDIT 2: I have a question, if i bought an elgato capture card, wich i am thinking of doing, and i use that in OBS, will it get this annoying with fixing the setting other than the simple ones in the elgato software?

if i would like a 1080p60fps stream
1080p60 isn't going to look all that great, and will be massively worse picture quality than a 720p60 stream on twitch. If you want a good picture quality 1080p60 stream, you're basically stuck using youtube.

Having the encoder switched to nvenc from x264 makes the picture quality worse again.

That log is a mess, you've changed too many settings to get a clear idea on what is going on.

Your PC is very, very unlikely to be able to handle a 1080p 60fps stream, and with Twitch's bitrate limitations, 1080p 60fps will never look good. It can look ok to decent with a lower-motion game, but anything moderately fast past will look very bad.

I would strongly recommend you set the output mode back to Simple and bitrate to 3500 in Settings -> Output, and resolution/fps to 720p 30fps in Settings -> Video.

Just do that as a base, and see how well things work. If it works, you can try increasing FPS to 60, and bitrate to Twitch's max of 6000.

Thank you both so very much! The stream now looks very good and keeps stabile 60fps, so it looks smooth, and as long as you dont go fullscreen the quality is really good! Well, all i have tested it with is terraria, so FPS games are yet to get tested.
I am guessing that the thing where the quality gets a bit worse when you go fullscreen is just an issue with having 720p?
Or is there anything i can do for that to fix.

Well, since I assume you have a 1080p (or better) monitor, stretching 720p to the fullscreen 1080p will look worse of course, but I barely noticed the difference honestly, your stream looks very good. I'd kill to have an upload speed sufficient to stream even 720p 30 fps. It looked very smooth and clear in my opinion. If you don't have to play cpu intensive games, you could maybe lower the x264 preset, but I'm no expert.
