Question / Help Am i capeble to stream 720p60fps?

Hello fellow broadcasters! I am just want to ask for some help for my broadcasting.

So i got a decent PC atm atleast, and i am wondering if i am capeble to stream at 720p 60fps?

I tryed to set it up myself, but my friends says it lags/stutter, but i have no clue why

Hardware:
CPU: Intel i7 6700k 4.7Ghz
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i
GPU: Evga Geforce GTX 780 SC SLI x2
RAM: Hyperx Fury 2133MHz 16GB DDR4
Motherboard: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII RANGER
SSD: Samsung EVO 240GB
HDD: 1TB and a 2TB
OS:Windows 10

Here is my log file if someone wanted to take a look at it.
First, disbale SLI. only OBS MP can utilize multi GPU with a game capture fix called multi GPU enabled.

Second, set bitrate the same as buffer. These two will always match. Just don't throw in whatever you think.



EDIT: lastly,
uninstall the EVGA Precision X software. it is interfering

i think i will go and get OBS MP then, and i will not uninstall Evga Precision X, cuz that is managing my overclock. anyway thanks for the help :P

disable the overlay and or recording function of the tool then. that is the main issue. no clue how to do that but it is what needs to be done
