Question / Help Am I being throttled now? (speeds inside)

I was streaming fine for 2 months 0 frames dropped, now I'm dropping frame like crazy.

Upload Connection Speed:: 5730 Kbps or 5.7 Mbps

Upload Binary File Transfer Speed:: 716 kB/s

I may be wrong, but If I had to guess, the upload binary file transfer speed isn't suppose to be that low.

make sure you are not doing anything else on your network..

if you are saying KB/s then thats enough, but speedtests do not predict whether OBS can stream to twitch.

Here are the results, by the way, I streamed on all the east severs, and I drop frames, and the red flag with the speed goes to 0 for a few seconds. It just started happening randomly. I'm not doing anything differently, and I did most of the steps on the drop frame guide.

Also I contacted my ISP, they said nothing is different, I don't believe them though. Phone reps only know so much, and don't know what higher tiers are doing.

That test looked fine but if there is an issue, it seems to be randomly stopping the traffic. Might try and run the test for a longer period.

I'm running a 5 minute test right now. So far Dallas has 366ms RTT, 74 quality. Ashburn has 206ms RTT, 70 quality. Chicago has 335ms, 71 quality. What a difference. Bandwidth is still the same.

Post your OBS logfile. I probably should ahve asked for that first.

I've looked through a couple of logs, and I think this one shows the problem better. I've did over 20+ test, I even downgraded OBS, but nothing helped. Here's the log

That was setting was orginally unchecked when the problem started happening, and I just started trying randomly things reading around. The problem lies where RTMP socketloop stalling. I read over 10 threads with that issue. Their really isn't a fix unfortunately.

Do you have any third party firewalls or anti malware tools? not the ones built into windows, third party? check programs and features.
