After restart OBS always on top doesnt work anymore
Bug Report Always on top doesnt work

Three UI bugs:
1) This bug is likely because it isn't saving the setting and/or reading it and bringing up the appropriate state.
2) If you click the Always On Top to set it, and if the Stats window was up prior, it hides the Stats window.
3) If you check the View | Stats menu, then go back to the menu again, the menu item isn't checked.

Log-file required. I cannot reproduce. The Windowed Projectors skips the always on top Flag setting (https://obsproject.com/mantis/view.php?id=1167)

#3 it was designed this way - just action (not checkbox) as I remember. Ask @Jim why.
#2 By the way, the stats window should be closed and recreated to inherit the always on top flag when the feature will be added. (Edit: I mean, this only the reason why all dialog windows are closes when "Always On Top" setting changes its state. It can be implemented in other way if you want to keep the stats as standalone window)
