Question / Help Always lagging

Hi! I've recently got into streaming, downloaded OBS yesterday and have tried out some settings both for CS:GO and WoW. However, whatever I put it always lags badly, I even went down to 2000 bitrate @ CS because I play the game at 1280x960 - still lagged (anyone know how to fix so black bars doesn't show btw? I can't find it). Would be awesome if someone could help me with what settings to use for both games.

WoW resolution is 1920x1080
CS is 1280x960

Specs:
GTX680
i5 3570k @4.2 ghz
8 gb ram

10 mb download speed

Use the best settings you've been able to come up with so far. Run it for at least five minutes of high action gameplay. Post the OBS log file from that attempt.
