I haven't had this issue before, but within the past month no matter what settings, Ethernet or not, I even tried running as administrator, just updated my windows and drivers. Whenever I stream I drop 10%+ frames no matter what. My recording is fine, and my upload is around 10 mbps. I have only experienced this recently (past month or so)
