Question / Help Always audio but intermittent video recording

New user attempting to use window capture to record a facebook video. while doing so i expand the window to full screen. I always have audio. sometimes the video in the OBS window duplicates the motion etc of the facebook video. Sometimes the OBS window and the video in the recording file are frozen while the audio continues. sometimes the video in the OBS window starts off duplicating the motion etc of the facebook video and then freezes. I probably have something set wrong. But after watching numerous on line videos on how to use and setup OBS I cant figure it out.

Here is the location of my most recent log file. In my last attempt, OBS didn't create the video file.
 
To be clear, is this recording to create a video for Facebook, or trying to duplicate and record a video from Facebook (which is copyright infringement, and illegal)?
 
It is to duplicate a video from Facebook. With the whole covid-19 thing my church started live streaming the church service on Facebook. They would also like to put those recordings on their web page. I'm trying to accomplish that. Hopefully by creating a video file that can be loaded into the church YouTube channel (which I still need to create) and then post a link to the YouTube file on the web site. Presumably the YouTube intermediate step being required because of the file size limitation of the web site.
 
I also discovered the, although I thought OBS sometimes wasn't creating the video file because it wasn't in the sub folder of the video folder, for some reason the "missing" video files were created in the video file itself and not the sub folder.
 
It's very clumsy to capture a video by playing it and again capturing by OBS. It's also severe quality loss.
There are means to simply download facebook videos. They do nothing else but creating the URL for the video file from the address of the web page where the video is embedded. A quick search gives this downloader for example: https://www.fbdown.net/
