Alternative to NDI Plug In

Is there any alternative to the OBS NDI Plugin to access video from our PTZOptics NDI camera on 64 bit OBS (27.1.3) ?

Unfortunately PTZ NDI plug appears to cause OBS to crash on exit every time>
Uninstall OBS NDI Plugin > OBS no longer crashes on exit
(NDI video still seen on NDI Tools)
Reinstall OBS NDI plugin > OBS crashing on exit recurs.

Other than exit crashes, OBS functions as expected including saving scenes.

Is there any alternative way of OBS accessing the video from our PTZOptics NDI camera?

All help greatly appreciated

(Crash file as in earlier thread)

Good luck
The alternatives I know of will be higher latency and lower video quality, so not something I'd mention here

What did PTZ Optics support say?
To troubleshoot, have you tried with a clean/new Scene collection, single scene only video source via the the NDI Tools/NDI plugin, no PTZOptics or other plugins, no other filters/effects or other sources in use? I ask in case the issue isn't the NDI plugin itself, but an interaction.

Then, different mfgs implement NDI standards differently so no idea if this will or won't work... but as many NDI cameras using same Sony derived VISCA over IP controls, you could try the Panasonic AW-HE40 series VirtualUSB driver (its a free download) you seen me mention elsewhere. I have no idea if it would connect/authenticate to PTZOptics NDI camera, or would require a Pan PTZ camera to activate/enable? only way to know would be to research or test. I'd be interested in figuring this out but I don't have a PTZOptics camera
to test with. But that driver is what I use to get our Panasonic AW-HN38 PTZ camera's NDI video feed to OBS without using NDI plugin/Newtek tools

Thanks.

Awaiting response from TZOptics support.
Good suggestion re isolation of issue.

I could take camera home and try on home PC with 64bit OBS installed.

But not until after service tomorrow ...
