Question / Help Alt-tabs on a timer of 9mins30seconds or 10minutes in Arma 2 oa using OBS

I have no idea why this is happening.

For months I would be getting alt-tabs on a timer every 10 minutes or so while playing arma 2 operation arrowhead. It happens a lot but not all the time, e.g. 1 night alt-tabs every 10 mins, the next night = no alt-tabs.

this is not my cursor escaping the screen because I use cursor lock

any help appreciated as it is an extremely annoying problem.

You most likely have a scheduled task or something set to run every 10 minutes that is stealing focus.

nothing pops up on my screen when I do alt-tab, I've just checked my scheduled tasks in windows and havent found anything, also the randomness is what gets me, how its sometimes 10 days in a row it happens, or 10 days in a row it doesnt happen.
