Question / Help Alt Tabbing Pauses Stream

So as tilted each time I alt tab in league obs will pause my gameplay.

I understand running in windowed mode can work.

Im running a 4k screen but with league I run it @ 2560 x 1440 as the game isnt optimized for 4k and inst really playable.

So running it in windowed mode doesn't work, also in borderless mode the screen resolution goes crazy.
I run the same settings on overwatch and its works fine tho.


Will running a capture card help with this problem?

No, thats rather an issue with how the game engine works. If you tab out of the game(in Fullscreen) the GPU simply doesnt recieve new footage to display, so obs captures the latest possible frame. Play in 4k if LoL supports it.

Window mode would fix it as already mentioned
