ALT KEY Cropping No Longer Works? v27

Hello,

I was always able to CROP using the ALT Key in Windows as a baseline.

In v27 when I hold ALT and drag the side of the frame it distorts the image instead of moving the side of the frame. Attached images it the distorted image.

It works for me.. I can't help you but at least you know it's only you...

I had a problem with alt tab not working discovered that the view was checked for always on top unchecked a wala problem went away.
