Already selected by advanced audio properties to monitor and output but was able to hear myself and it was working fine before. NEED HELP!

My mic is working and able to hear that my mic does work at the stream but I set my advanced audio properties to monitor and output and did hear myself before but I am unable to hear myself now not sure why.

I made sure my mic set as the default
Made sure my mic is working
Reinstalled drivers
Updated Drivers
Enable mic
Allow access to be accessed by apps
Allow desktop apps to be accessed by apps
Updated OS and updated OBS
