Anyone interested in/able to develop the ability for OBS to use a live greyscale source as an alpha key/track-matte?
I'm using OBS with ProPresenter 7 by Renewed Vision, which has the ability to output a separate alpha channel. These greyscale frames can be used to tell which parts of the image should be transparent/opaque in keyers like the ATEM Switchers by Blackmagic. It would be really nice to be able to be able to utilize this in OBS.
OBS can currently do this using a still image source for the alpha key, but it would be nice if you could pick a live source as the track-matte source.
Just wanted to get the conversation started. Thanks guys!
