I've tried everything and the only thing working is uncompressed .AVI for alpha channel at the moment but my PC can't handle 20GB stream of data for 30 seconds, and Huffy codec none of the settings goes with the preview. It looks good on VLC but when i play them on OBS they look like crap :/.

EDIT: With Huffy codec VLC it looks like this: http://puu.sh/c4DnX/0ac2364919.png
in OBS it looks like this: http://puu.sh/c4DNh/eef5df8b51.png

EDIT 2: With uncompressed in OBS it looks like this: http://puu.sh/c4EoE/c34a7dfe35.png

if you are asking for a alpha channels in video , in your editing program (i use all adobe suites) but save it as "quicktime" with alpha in the render output options, it will save it as a .mov format same quality and 10x less the size

*oh i'm using the video source plugin for OBS*

Ashley is right. It already works in OBS if your video is rendered correctly. I run .AVIs fine with my setup. Try throwing them on a SSD.
