a description of what you were doing at the time of the crash.

Make sure all your drivers are up to date, especially the ones for your Intel GPU

Intel likes to write particularly crashy GPU drivers unfortunately. They don't actually like to return the proper HRESULT values when something goes wrong, instead they just crash. It's really good driver design.
