Question / Help Almost unreadable text while streaming wow, downscaling

So the problem i have is that the text on my stream is almost unreadable. Blurry like. See: https://imgur.com/a/v0YYCln

Intel I5-4670k 3.4 GHz
Geforce GTX 1060 6 GB
26G ram
Internet: 50 Mbit download
15 Mbit upload

Streaming: 4000 Bit, NVENC Encoding
Downscaled to 720p from 1080p, using Lanczos filter
Running at 30 fps
