Question / Help Almost Ready to pull my hair out

So I have been using OBS for around a good year now and feel like I have a pretty solid understanding of it.

I feel like with my current dual pc stream setup I should be able to comfortable stream at 1080p but just cannot seem to get it to work. Whether or not its fuzzy or I end with dropped frames I cant seem to get it right and would love some help.

Here is a log file of me running tests through many different options, let me know what else like dxdiag files I can post to help.

Try not using NVENC? If your CPU can handle it, it will give you better quality.

Im pretty sure I have tried both but will give an update tomorrow as Im away from the house tonight :)

Yeah I have tried both but still the colour ends up seeming drained and motion in games like Overwatch or PUBG seems fuzzy.
Here are both DXdiag files for the pcs and as a sidenote my upload is around 18mbps .

Are you using full or partial color range in settings - advanced?

Oh my thank you for sorting the colour.... how did i never find that option but still some bluriness occuring.

1080p on twitch is still not viable due to bitrate limits. Change your output to 1280x720 instead of 1920x1080

6000kbit isn't enough for 1080p to look good with.

I was just going by the twitch guidelines so do you think maybe I just drop my frame rate to 50?

You're better off at 30, but you're more better off going to 720p

so just out of interest what sort of bitrate do you think I would need to stream 1080?

Thanks for all your help, so Basically either way this wouldn't be a hardware issue just a bitrate issue?
