My written cyan 3D videos highly depend on the fact that the red and the Cyan are occupying the exact same screen coordinates at the exact same size.
It seems like your snap does not like overlaying one element over another and always throws it off to make it not snap onto each other like layers.
Please have a setting or tell me how to have perfectly sized snap settings so that the red and cyan layers perfectly go over each other and make a good anaglyph when they use additive RGB blending.
