In the advanced section of OBS, when I try and enable "Allow other modifers on hotkeys", the setting will have set itself back to disabled when I reopen the setting window after having applied my settings. I checked the global.ini file in the OBS config folder and tried setting AllowOtherHotkeyModifiers=0 to ...=1 but that didn't work. I checked to see if global.ini is set to read-only and it was not so that can't be the problem.
