Question / Help all settings look blurry

I've tried changing my settings a ton of times and no matter how many times I change them it still looks blurry in the video. If any of you could give me some settings that would make it not so blurry, that'd be amazing.

GPU: Geforce GTX 750
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 3.20 GHz
8.00 GB Ram
1920 x 1080

I don't see any issues with the log. Does it look blurry when you play it back locally, or only after you upload it to YouTube or a similar service?

Could you link to an example video? Remember that it takes time for YouTube to process a video and make all quality options available. Usually the first quality listed is quite low, e.g. 240p or 360p, and 720p/1080p are available later.
