Question / Help All of Sudden FPS Drop while Streaming With obs studio :/

Hello guys! so i've been having a ton of problems with my hardware or maybe its obs studio shitting the bed while i try to stream and record my videos games for twitch/youtube. i would like to say that this problem never happen to me before, When i say before i mean a couple of months ago! i was able to stream and record all day long it didn't matter what i was playing. i will be posting a Obs Studio log of the last stream i did and maybe you guys can find the problem that is i am having huge fps drops during stream and gaming with really good specs.


i would like to add that i ran a billion anti-virus programs to make sure i do not have any virus and i also did a ton of research to make sure my hardware is running fine.

Specs on my setup:
I7-5820k
MSI gtx 1080 Armor
16Gb of ram
Windows 10

I am currently having similar issues. My frames drop and fluctuate from 80-140 with OBS Studio open, but as soon as I close obs studio, my frames go back to normal from 140-200+. Please does anyone know how to fix this?
