So two days a go i reformatted my computer because things were just getting sloppy in some areas and with the ease of doing it on windows ten i thought i'd give it a shot. It went smooth and everything is back up and running fine EVERYTHING EXCEPT OBS. I have an intel 17 4790k processor a GTX780 SC ACX graphics card 16GB Corsair vengeance ram and a Maximus vii hero motherboard. Download speed is 120mb down and 15 mb up. Never had a problem streaming at all but after the reformat whenever i'm playing cs go and streaming it there is something happening but i can't tell what. I get zero fps drop i have no high ping but my game is slightly but very very obviously lagging on me. I've lowering bit rate even though i have great internet speeds and changing video settings .... But honestly i don't think i would need to do any of that because before the reformat i had zero issues with this program. Can someone please lend a hand?
